Bangladeshi artistes perform at Rabindrasadan

Homage to Nobel laureate Rabindranath Tagore on his 146th birth anniversary

Information and Cultural Department of the West Bengal Government of India and Mitali-Bharat-Bangladesh Shanskritik Sangsad jointly organised a programme titled Kobi Pronam at Rabindrasadan, Kolkata, recently. The programme was a homage to Nobel laureate Rabindranath Tagore on his 146th birth anniversary.

Bangladeshi singers Tapan Mahmud, Iffat Ara Dewan, Lily Islam, Fahim Hossain Chowdhury, Mahiuzzaman Chowdhury, Aditi Mohsin, Shama Rahman, Nargis Chowdhury, Salma Akbar, Sajed Akbar, Laisa Ahmed Lisa and Mahadeb Ghosh performed at the programme.

The Bangladesh chapter of the programme was directed by Selim Shamsul Huda Chowdhury.
